Any settlement of your account is payable to FAMILY STAYS IN FRANCE (Séjours France Famille), and under no circumstances should you pay the host family directly.

Once your homestay has started, the balance is due in full.
Note: If your homestay begins late or is interrupted before its completion, you will still have to pay the entire amount in full.
Unused services (meals, classes, excursions) will not be refunded.
Terms of service
All participants are required to ensure before leaving for the trip and length of stay (illness, accident, liability, luggage and personal belongings, repatriation etc ...). They must be able to prove they are insured once they arrive in France.
In some cases, SEJOURS FRANCE FAMILLE acts as an intermediary agent between the participants and service providers (museums, tours of monuments, transport etc ...). The Company will in no case be liable for accidents or damage caused by a defect in any of these providers as well as trucking companies, rail, sea or air occurred during their stay.
This applies even in cases of delay or irregularity caused by strikes or bad weather.
Any extension of stay due to illness, or any interference due to illness, as well as the cost of the arrangements for the disease, remain the responsibility of the participant.
The presence of a local representative of SEJOURS FRANCE FAMILLE near the home of the host family can provide a solution to a potential problem.
Participants who want to make claims or complaints during the stay should contact the local representative.
Following her intervention, arrangements will be made according to the nature of the dispute.
The participant will eventually be switched to another family if SEJOURS FRANCE FAMILLE considers this course of action to be appropriate.
In any case, SEJOURS FRANCE FAMILLE reserves the right not to switch family for the student.
The organization does not accept any claims or complaints made after departure from the host family.
Important information you need to know
We offer this option only under the following conditions: 2 persons of same sex who are friends, and having chosen the same formula.

Families whose addresses and phone numbers and e-mails are supplied by SEJOURS FRANCE FAMILLE are the property of SEJOURS FRANCE FAMILLE and in no way should be used or contacted directly, under penalty of prosecution.
LENGTH OF STAY: 1 week to 10 months.
Preferably and if possible according to the time of arrival of your flights, we request a schedule of arrival in the host families from 18 hours on (from 6 p.m. on).
Once you are in possession of full details of your host family (phone numbers, e-mail, addresses, etc.), you can contact them directly to introduce yourself briefly and let them know your arrival time.
EXTENSION OF STAY
Most of the time, it is possible to extend your stay. If your desire is to stay in the same family, it is important to let SEJOURS FRANCE FAMILLE know well in advance.
